PARABLES OF JESUS – Room At The Table
Luke 14:21-22
" 'So that servant came and reported these things to his master. Then the master of the house, being angry, said to his servant, "Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor and the maimed and lame and the blind." And the servant said, "Master, it is done as you commanded, and still there is room." ' "
I am so glad that there was room at the table for me. The table will never so crowded that there is not room for one more. As the old invitation hymn said, "There's room at the cross for you." "Whosoever will, let him come...." (Revelation 22:17).
TODAY'S THOUGHT: There is always room at God's table for anyone who will come.
