WHO GETS THE CREDIT?
Matthew 12:26-29
“ ’And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast the out? Therefore, they shall be your judges. But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house.’ ”
For the Pharisees to attribute the good works of Jesus to Satan is absurd. Satan has never done a good work since he became the god of this world. The only thing he does is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). He would certainly never release anyone from his bondage voluntarily. Only if Someone greater than he delivered them would he relinquish his control. That Strong Man is Jesus. He has power over all the forces of hell – everything is under His feet and dominion (Psalm 8:6). So all the credit for any good thing belongs to Him. If there is any good that has been accomplished through my life, all the glory belongs to Him. As the songs says, “All the glory belongs to Jesus; all the praise belongs to Him.”
TODAY’S PRINCIPLE: All the credit for any good thing in this world belongs to God.

Have a praising day for all His good works. Love you.
