" 'But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that desolation is near....And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.' "
Luke 21:20, 24
Truly, Jerusalem suffered desolation in 70 AD and was "trampled by the Gentiles" from the diaspora [see James 1:1 – "To the twelve tribes scattered abroad"] until the Jews once again controlled all of Jerusalem (after the 1972 war?). The fact that Jerusalem is once again under Jewish control is a sign that "the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled," and that the coming of the Lord is near.
Today's Thought: Prophecy has been fulfilled leading to the return of Jesus as King.
Have a "fulfilled" day. Love you.
