A NEW HOUSE
II Corinthians 5:1
"For if we know that our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands eternal in the heavens."
It would seem to me that living in this world without hope of eternal life would be an empty existence. Jesus has already prepared a place for me in heaven (John 14:2). It has my name on the mailbox and it is waiting for me. Some day, this fragile tent will lie in tatters and I will make my final move to the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 23:6). Maranatha!!!
TODAY'S PRINCIPLE: This body is only a temporary dwelling place that I live in until I have a new house made by God in heaven.
[end]
Have a maranatha day. Love you.
