DAD'S RAMBLINGS – Jesus Is Lord
Romans 14:7-8
"For none of us lives to himself and no one dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord's."
Jesus is Lord and Master and I am His servant (verse 4). I belong to Him. So whatever I do should reflect His Lordship. I do not live or die for my own pleasure, or even for the pleasure of other people, but for the One who purchased me with His own precious blood. "Now I belong to Jesus, and Jesus belongs to me, not for the years of time alone, but for eternity." "You were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" (I Corinthians 6:20).
TODAY'S THOUGHT: In life or in death, Jesus is Lord.
Have a "living" day. Love you.
