CONNECTED
I Corinthians 12:25-26
"...that there should be schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it."
I'm not too good at doing this verse. I become so isolated and self-centered, I don't even know when someone else is hurting or rejoicing, let alone sharing the pain or joy. I am so consumed with my own life, I don't have the time or emotional energy to get involved. So much for bearing one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2). If the body is truly connected without schism, then a stubbed toe or a full stomach affects the entire body.
TODAY'S THOUGHT: When the Body members are connected, they share each others' pain and joy.
Have a connected day. Love you.
