Dad's Rambling -- Adversity Tests Character

"If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small."
 
                                    Proverbs 24:10
 
It's an old saying but true: the mettle of a person is shown by difficult times. Scripture says that the fire of judgment will prove whether my works are gold, silver, and precious stones, or wood, hay, and straw (I Cor. 3:12-13). So it is in this life. Character is proven by adversity.
 
Today's Thought: The fire of adversity tests the character of a person.
