Dad's Ramblings -- Intransigent Disbelief

"But when they [the Jewish leaders] had commanded them [Peter and John] to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, saying, 'What shall we do with these men? For, indeed, that a notable deed has been done through them is evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.' "

                                                                        Acts 4:15-16

People who choose to disbelieve will refuse to accept the truth even when confronted with irrefutable evidence. It is like the evolutionist who denies the Creator even when the evidence of natural law speaks against evolution – that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, and that nothing can generate from a vacuum (nothing comes from nothing). Intransigent disbelief will not be swayed by what is clearly evident.

Today's Thought: Disbelief will not accept truth even when faced with the evidence.

Have a believing day. Love you.
