DAD'S RAMBLINGS -- GOD USES HUMANS

GOD USES HUMANS

Matthew 14:15-18

“When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, ‘This is a deserted place and the hour is already late. Send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves some food.’ But Jesus said to them, ‘They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.’ And they said to him, ‘We have only five loaves and two fish.’ He said, ‘Bring them here to Me.’ ”

It is an old sermon that is still true: Jesus takes what I have and uses it. He does not need my meager talents and resources to accomplish His will. But He graciously involves me in His ministry.   I may not have much to offer, but He blesses and breaks (vs. 19) whatever I give to Him. I can’t take any credit because it is His miracle that multiplies it to meet the need. It is all to His glory.

TODAY’S PRINCIPLE: God uses whatever we give to Him to minister to people.

Have a “giving” day. Love you.
