COMPLETELY COMMITTED
II Corinthians 13:8-9
"For we can do nothing against the truth but for the truth. For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. And this also we pray, that you may be made complete."
Integrity is the issue. Integrity is being one, whole, complete, undivided in heart, soul, and spirit. There was only one goal in Paul's life: Truth. He was wholly committed to ministering the truth of the Gospel and all it entails – holiness, sacrifice, love, discipline, giving, and all the things that "adorn the doctrine of God our Savior" (Titus 2:10b), even if it demanded that he appear weak. His prayer for the Corinthians was that they would have the same commitment, being completely dedicated to living the truth of the Gospel. May that be my heart's desire also.
TODAY'S PRINCIPLE: The Christian's one focus is to live the truth.
